摘要
目的评价某医院2018年10—12月住院患者碳青霉烯类抗菌药物临床合理应用情况。方法回顾性分析江门市中心医院应用碳青霉烯类抗菌药物患者440例的临床资料,用Excel2010软件对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的用药情况进行统计分析。结果 187例使用亚胺培南西司他钠丁患者,160例接受了病原学检查,病原学送检率85.56%,会诊率32.09%,平均疗程8.30 d,药物利用指数(DUI)值为0.93,用药合理率86.63%。253例患者使用美罗培南患者中207例接受了病原学检查,病原学送检率81.82%,会诊率61.26%,平均疗程8.17d,DUI值为1.18,用药合理率88.93%。结论该院碳青霉烯类抗菌药物应用基本合理,还应积极开展合理用药的专项点评。
Objective To evaluate the rational clinical use of carbapenem antibiotics in inpatients in a hospital from October to December in 2018.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for the clinical data from 440 cases of carbapenem antibiotics in the Jiangmen Center Hospital.The software of Excel 2010 was used to analyze the drug use of carbapenem antibiotics.Results Among the 187 patients treated with imipenem and cilastatin sodium,160 patients received etiological examination,so that the etiological examination rate was 85.56%,and the consultation rate was 32.09%.Average course of treatment was 8.30 d,drug utilization index(DUI)was 0.93,and the rational rate of drug use was 86.63%.Among the 253 patients treated with meropenem,207 patients received the etiological examination,so that the etiological examination rate was 81.82%,and the consultation rate was 61.26%.The average course of treatment was 8.17 d,the DUI was 1.18,and the rational rate of drug use was 88.93%.Conclusion The application of carbapenem antibiotics in our hospital is basically reasonable,and we should actively carry out special reviews for rational drug use.
