摘要
目的规范超说明书用药管理,促进临床合理用药。方法通过对超说明书用药的概念、使用原因、存在的风险及常见的超说明书用药等现状进行分析,研究超说明书用药的处理对策。结果建立超说明书用药管理制度,规范超说明书用药行为。结论通过超说明书用药管理,可以规范用药,促进临床合理用药。
Objective To regulate the management of off-label drug use and promote rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods The countermeasures of off-label drug use were studied by the analysis of the concept,the reasons for use,the existing risks and the current situation of off-label drug use.Results The management system of off-label drug use was established to regulate the off-label drug use.Conclusion The management of off-label drug use can regulate drug use and promote clinical rational drug use.
