摘要
目的探讨调理肠胃组合对脾胃虚弱型便秘的改善效果。方法选取2016年8月至2017年3月就诊于广州中医药大学第一附属医院、广州医科大学附属第五医院、广东药学院附属第一医院和中国中医科学院望京医院的符合脾胃虚弱型便秘患者60例作为研究对象,所有患者均口服调理肠胃组合(常欣卫+派立清),1支/次,2次/d,疗程为6周。采用治疗便秘总有效率、便秘患者症状自评量表、中医证候评分疗效、中医证候分级量化表、中医脾胃系疾病PRO量表、口臭程度分级表、痤疮综合分级系统量表和生存质量量表评价调理肠胃组合对脾胃虚弱型便秘患者的临床功效。结果治疗结束2周,调理肠胃组合对脾胃虚弱型便秘的总有效率为78.85%,中医证候疗效总有效率为78.85%;患者的便秘症状自评量表总分、中医证候分级量化量总分、中医脾胃系疾病PRO量表总分、口腔异味评分、痤疮综合分级系统量表积分均较治疗前显著下降,生存质量量表总积分显著上升。结论调理肠胃组合治疗脾胃虚弱型便秘临床疗效显著,同时对多种脾胃系统不适、口腔异味、痤疮、大便、生命质量均有较好的改善作用。
Objective To explore the improvement effect of regulating intestine-stomach combination on spleen-stomach asthenia constipation.Methods A total of 60 patients with constipation of spleen-stomach weakness syndrome were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University,and the Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from August,2016 to March,2017.All patients were treated with the combination of regulating intestine and stomach[Chang Xin Wei+Pai Li Qing,CXW-PLQ(常欣卫+派立清)],twice per day,1 ampoule per time.The course of treatment was 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the combination of regulating intestine and stomach in subjects of constipation of spleen-stomach weakness syndrome was assessed via the total effective rate of constipation,Symptom Checklist(SCL 90-R)for constipation,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores on therapeutic efficacy,TCM Syndrome Score Scale(TCMSSS),Spleen and Stomach Disease Patient-Reported Outcomes Scale(SSD-PRO),Halitosis Scores,Global Acne Grading System(GAGS),and Short Form-36(SF-36).Results At 2 weeks after the medication ended,the effective rate of the combination of regulating intestine and stomach against constipation of spleen-stomach weakness syndrome was 78.85%,while that of TCM syndrome was 78.85%.The total SCL 90-R,TCMSSS,SSD-PRO scores,halitosis scores,and GAGS were significantly reduced,and the total SF-36 score was significantly elevated.Conclusion The combination of regulating intestine and stomach has remarkable clinical effects in the treatment of spleen-stomach weakness constipation.It also has a good effect on improving various spleen-stomach system discomfort,oral odor,acne,stool and quality of life.
