摘要
财务管理是我国医院运行的核心环节,是确保各项经济活动、医疗活动开展的前提,发挥着不可替代的作用。随着我国发展形势变化,大数据已成为新时代的特有标志,在此背景下医院财务管理将朝着数字化、自动化和智能化方向发展,医院财务管理的传统运营理念、模式和制度等均需要进行创新,应兼容财务管理,增强数据整合分析能力,动态管理医院财务数据信息,加强医院财务人员队伍建设,以此提升医院在激烈市场竞争中的综合实力。
Financial management is the core link of hospital operation in China. It is the premise to ensure the development of economic and medical activities, which plays an irreplaceable role. With the development of our country, big data has become a special symbol of the new era. Under this circumstance, financial management of hospital will be developed towards digitalization,automation and intellectualization. The traditional operation idea, mode and system of hospital financial management need innovating. It should be compatible with financial management, enhance the ability of data integration and analysis, as well as dynamically manage financial data information of hospital. Strengthen the development of hospital financial personnel to enhance the comprehensive strength of the hospital in the fierce market competition.
