摘要
目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)术后遗留疼痛应用针灸治疗的效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月辽宁奉天中医院(东院区)收治的108例LDH术后遗留疼痛患者作为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为两组,每组54例,对照组术后服用药物治疗,观察组术后施予针灸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为87.03%,明显高于对照组的70.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者不良事件发生率为7.41%,明显低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗能有效缓解LDH患者术后疼痛症状,改善腰椎功能,减少不良事件发生,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture treatment on residual pain after lumbar disc herniation(LDH). MethodsA total of 108 patients with residual pain after LDH operation admitted to Fengtian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(East Hospital) from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with medicine after operation, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion after operation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.03%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.37%(P<0.05). After treatment, the visual analogue score and JOA score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events was 7.41% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 22.22% in the control group and was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can effectively relieve postoperative pain symptoms, improve lumbar function and reduce adverse events in LDH patients.
