摘要
目的探讨社区中老年人高血压的预防及诊治情况。方法随机选取某一社区200例中老年高血压患者作为研究对象,采用卫生管理部门设计的调查问卷,统计患者高血压健康知识了解情况、健康概念了解情况、高血压疾病防治方法掌握情况以及生活方式是否能健康。结果 200例患者中,对相关健康概念有所了解患者仅70例,占35.0%;了解高血压健康知识的患者仅80例,占40.0%;对高血压与生活行为方式之间的关系有所了解的患者仅82例,占41.0%;掌握高血压疾病正确防治方法的患者仅92例,占46.0%;女性患者上述各项调查结果均显著优于男性患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论与男性相比,女性老年高血压患者的自我保健意识、生活习惯更佳;针对社区中老年高血压患者,应加强健康宣教工作,从健康知识以及生活方式等方面着手,对其进行有效干预指导,进而有效预防高血压并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the elderly in community.Methods Randomly selected from a community of 200 cases of elderly patients with hypertension as the research object,using the questionnaire designed by the health authorities,statistics of patients with hypertension health knowledge understanding,understanding of the concept of health,disease prevention and treatment method of hypertension to grasp the situation and way of life is healthy.Results In 200 patients,to understand the concept of health in only 70 cases,accounting for 35%;understand the health knowledge of hypertension patients only 80 cases accounted for 40%;an understanding of the relationship between hypertension and lifestyle of patients with only 82 cases,accounting for 41%;grasp the correct control methods of hypertension patients in only 92 case.The female patients accounted for 46%;the investigation results are significantly better than male patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with men,women's self health care consciousness,life habit is better; for the elderly patients with hypertension in the community,we should strengthen the health education work, from the aspects of health knowledge and lifestyle,effective intervention for their guidance,and effective prevention of hypertension complications.
