摘要
新型城镇化进程中,牧民对美好生活的追求和向往是人口转移得以实现的内在动力;针对W旗人口转移存在的问题,应从加强宣传引导、强化技能培训、完善机制、牧区社会治理等方面寻求可行性的对策,创建一条体现内蒙古牧区区域特色和民族特色的新型城镇化道路。
In the process of new urbanization,herdsmen's pursuit and longing for a better life is the internal motivation to realize population transfer. In order to solve the problems in population transfer in W Banner,efforts should be made to enhance propaganda and guidance,strengthen skill training,optimize mechanism,seek feasible countermeasures in social governance of pastoral areas and create a new road of urbanization with regional and ethnic characteristics of pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia.
