摘要
本文报道了维甲酸(Retinoic acid,RA)棕榈酸视黄酯(Retinyl palmitate,RP)和维胺酯[N-(P-ethoxycarbophenyl)retinamide,RI]对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。结果表明RA和RP腹腔注射以及RI腹腔或灌胃给予均能明显增强体内外同种抗原刺激下细胞毒T淋巴细胞的产生;细胞重组试验结果进一步表明RA具有双重作用,它既可增强纯化T淋巴细胞对抗原的反应性,又能提高脾粘附细胞的扶佐功能。
Effects of retinoic acid (RA) , retinyl palmitate (RP) ,and [N- (p-eth oxycarbophenyl) retinamide)Rl] on CTL induction was investigated in mice. Daily i.p. administration of RA (50-100μg) , RP (500μg) , or RI (500μg) i.p. or p.o. into Balb/c mice for 5 days significantly promoted cytotoxic T lymphocyte induction after stimulating with allogeneic tumor cells in vivo or in vitro. Cell reconstitution experiments showed that RA enhanced both responsiveness of purified T lymphocyte to allo-antigen and accessary function of spleen adherent cells.
