摘要
雷公藤总甙(TII)中分离出TI_1~88个组分,其抗炎作用与抗体生成抑制作用在TI_2~4组分中重叠,在TI_1,5组分中分离,提示存在单向作用的单体.8个组分均有不同程度的抗生育活性,与抗炎免疫的药理活性似不可分离.
Screening of anti-inflammatory-immunosuppressive and antifertile activities of 8 components (TⅡ1-TⅡ8) isolated from total glucosides of Tri-pterygium wilfordii (TⅡ) were reported. The results indicate that these activities can be assayed respectively in the 8 components. The anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive actions were shown to overlap between components TⅡ2-4 and deviate in components TⅡ1 and 5, suggesting of components with one-way action. All 8 components were shown to have different degrees of antifertile activity from which anti-inflammatory-immunosup-pressive activities seemed inseparable.
