摘要
将我国HFRS各疫区不同宿主(包括家兔、家猫)分离的病毒,苏联棕背(鼠平)分离株,北美草原田鼠分离株和日本HFRS病毒代表株,经HFRS病毒Hantaan-76-118株、SR-11株和A_9株、R_22株多种McAb分析,可分为五型:姬鼠型、大鼠型、棕背(鼠平)型、田鼠型和未定型,后者以从湖南疫区病人分离的H_79。株为代表。根据型特异性McAb的比较分析,姬鼠属和大鼠属来源的极少数毒株的抗原性与宿主来源不相一致。
McAbs A25-1, R77 and R88 strains of HFRS virus were found to be capable of detecting virus antigens on infected cell membrane, indicating specificity for antigenic determinents of viral envelop protein. Antigenic relationship of different strains of HFRS virus isolated from rodents were analysed with McAbs (China- and Japan-made) and results com-pared with that from C.glareolus of the Soviet Union and M.pennsylva-nicus of North America. The isolates fell into one of five groups (seroty-pes) , i.e. serotype 1 (Apodemus) , 2 (Rattus) , 3 (Clethrionomys) , 4 (Mi-crotus) and 5 (unidentified strains). Antigenic features in Apoedmus- and Rattus-derived strains might be catalogued into two groups with comparative studies of serotype specific McAbs. The authors suggest that McAbs A35 be genus-specific, capable of reacting with all strains including Clethrionomys and Microtus derived strains.
