摘要
经过近十年的教学改革和实证研究,吉林农业大学的农业科技英语教育已构建起多维度课程体系,实现了德育育品性、人文育素养、学科育知识、外语育技能'四位一体'教育目标,并实现科学技术与文化的融合、英语语言知识技能与科技文化知识的融合。调查发现,'语言、科技和文化'等外语教育元素不同程度的缺失,教材建设面临体量性、权威性和科学性等挑战,这些发现为其他类专门用途英语和相关英语教育改革提供了启示。
After nearly ten years of teaching reform and empirical research,the English education of agricultural science and technology in Jilin Agricultural University has constructed a multi-dimensional curriculum system,which realizes the educational goal of'four in one'that are moral education cultivating character,humanistic cultivating accomplishment,subject cultivating knowledge,and foreign language cultivating skills,and realizes the integration between science and technology with culture,between English language knowledge and skills and scientific technological and cultural knowledge.The survey results show that the elements of foreign language education such as'language,scientific technology and culture'are missing in varying degrees,and the construction of textbooks is facing challenges such as volume,authority and science.These findings provide enlightenment for other kinds of ESP and related English education reform.
