摘要
天津现代职业技术学院与海鸥表业集团有限公司在开展订单式人才培养实践中,在管理体制、协同招生、培养目标、教学标准、师资队伍、考核评价等方面不断探索,边行边改,边改边建,形成了四维"校企工学交融"教学运行机制和"六双六定"培养模式特色,被教育部誉为具有中国特色的"海鸥学徒制"。
Under the background of the vigorous implementation of modern apprenticeship by the State,the Seagull Apprenticeship has been continuously explored in the aspects of management system,cooperative enrollment,training objectives,teaching standards,teaching staff,craftsmen spirit as well as assessment and evaluation,and has been constantly summarized and refined,reformed as well as rebuilt,thus forming a four-dimensional'school-enterprise-work-study integration'teaching operation mechanism and a'six-dimensional'teaching operation mechanism of Seagull Apprenticeship System.And the training mode is praised by the Ministry of Education as the'modern apprenticeship paradigm with Chinese characteristics'.
