摘要
随着农业供给侧结构改革、精准扶贫以及乡村振兴等战略的实施,我国农民职业教育培训供给侧的问题更加突出。农民职业教育培训规模扩张与质量提升滞后之间的矛盾,资源配置的区域、城乡、部门之间的失衡以及无效供给过度和有效供给不足并存,这是农民职业教育培训供给侧存在的典型结构性问题。基于此,需要从体制结构、制度结构、治理结构以及扩大供给的有效性和精准性等方面来推进农民职业教育培训供给侧改革的实施。
With the implementation of the reform of agricultural supply side structure,precise poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,the problem of the supply side of farmers'vocational education and training in China is more prominent.The contradiction between the expansion of the scale of peasant vocational education and the gradual improvement of quality,the imbalance of resources allocation,urban and rural areas,and the ineffective supply and excessive supply are coexisting.This is the typical structure of the supply side of peasants'vocational education and training.Based on this,it is necessary to promote the implementation of the supply side reform of farmers'vocational education and training from the aspects of institutional structure,institutional structure and the effectiveness and accuracy of expanding supply.
