摘要
中等职业教育是我国职业教育的重要组成部分,担负着培养基层第一线高素质劳动者的重要任务,是我国经济社会发展的重要基础。中等职业学校的主要培养目标是向社会输送合格的专业技术人才,因此提升学生职业素质与岗位能力显得尤为重要。广东省是全国职业教育规模最大的省份。2018年,我校与广东省轻工职业技术学校和东莞轻工业学校开展校际结对,分批派出优秀教师团队前往两校挂职锻炼,学习先进管理理念。本文总结了通过此次实践探索,提升我校学生职业素养与岗位能力培养的途径与方法。
Secondary vocational education is an important part of China’s vocational education.It shoulders the important task of training high-quality workers at the grass-roots level and is an important basis for China’s economic and social development.The main goal of training in secondary vocational schools is to deliver qualified professional and technical talents to the society.So it is particularly important to improve students’professional quality and post ability.Guangdong province is the largest scale province of vocational education in China.In 2018,Guangdong Light Industry Vocational and Technical School,Dongguan Light Industry School,and Mudanjiang Vocational School launched inter-school pairing,and Mudanjiang Vocational School dispatched teams of excellent teachers to the two schools in batches to study advanced management concepts.This paper summarizes ways and methods to improve students’professional quality and post ability by the practice and exploration.
