基于产教融合实践平台的信息化教学研究与实践——以“双分型面塑料模分型机构”为例 被引量:4

摘要 对接企业模具岗位需求,依托江苏省现代模具技术产教深度融合平台,以模具设计与制造专业核心课程"塑料模设计"中的"双分型面塑料模分型机构"为例,通过学情分析、教学内容分析等,以在线开放课程为突破口,采用虚拟仿真动画等信息化教学资源丰富教学手段,解决教学重难点问题,打破传统课堂教学时间与空间界线,实现课堂全覆盖,有效提高学习效率与学习质量,推动模具专业课程信息化教学改革,指导同类专业课程实现信息化教学实践。 Joint enterprise mold post demand,relying on the platform of deep integration of production and education of modern mould technology in Jiangsu province,and taking the'double parting surface plastic mould parting mechanism'as an example in the core course'plastic mould design'of mould design and manufacturing specialty.The online open course was taken as a breakthrough point through the analysis of learning situation and teaching content.The information-based teaching resources such as virtual simulation animation were used to enrich teaching means.The difficult and important problems were solved in teaching.The traditional classroom teaching time and space boundaries were broken.The full classroom coverage was achieved.The learning efficiency and quality were effectively improved.The informatization teaching reform of mould specialty course was promoted.The information-based teaching practice guidance was achieved for other similar specialty courses.
