摘要
近几年跨境电商迅速崛起,由于其发展空间巨大已成为我国外贸型企业转型升级的最佳途径,企业对跨境电商人才的要求和需求量也大幅提升。为培养适应时代需求的跨境电商人才,职业院校应通过加强技能训练,整合教学资源,加强师资建设、组建跨专业教学团队,改变评价考核机制,培育学生的综合素质和工匠精神等手段来实施教改,以期达到预期目标。
In recent years,the rapid rise of cross-border electricity suppliers is because of its huge space for development,which has become the best way to achieve the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises. The company's demand for talents of cross-border electricity suppliers also has increased significantly. For cultivating cross-border electricity suppliers talents that adapt to the demand of the times,vocational colleges should implement education reform by strengthening skill training making,integration of teaching resources,strengthening the construction of teachers,forming cross-professional teaching team,changing the evaluation mechanism,cultivating students' comprehensive quality and spirit of artisans and other means,in order to achieve the expected objectives.
