摘要
在我国建筑行业飞速发展以及建筑工程专业人才需求量不断增加的大环境下,怎样做好建筑工程专业人才的培训工作,探索出一条新的人才培养渠道以及培养模式,是摆在我们面前的一大问题。笔者结合实际工作情况,对新环境下建筑工程专业人才培养渠道与模式创新的问题展开探讨。
In the environment of rapid development of construction industry in our country and that the demand of construction engineering professional talents is growing,how to do the job of training talents of construction engineering profession,and explore new talents training channels and the training mode,is a big problem in front of us. Now,the author combined with the practical work research,discuss the problem of talents training channels and modes innovation of construction engineering profession in the new environment.
