随着我国经济的快速发展,法律体系的进一步健全,用工制度的完善,对劳动者从事某一职业所必备的学识和技能有了规范的要求,即执业资格的取得。执业资格证书是劳动者求职、开业的资格凭证,是用人单位招聘劳动者的主要依据,也是境外就业等的有效证件。
With the rapid development of economy in our country,further improvement of the legal system,and the improvement of the system of labor,has the requirements of essential knowledge and skills engaged in a profession,namely whether the labor has gotten the qualification. The qualification certificate is a laborer's qualification of hunting a job and starting business,is the main basis of an employer's hiring labors and valid document of overseas employment and so on.
