摘要
目的系统评价温阳复方联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法计算机检索Pubmed、CNKI、VIP、CBM、万方和the Cochrane library数据库中的温阳复方联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的随机对照试验。由两个研究人员独立筛选、提取文献资料后用Rev Man 5.3软件做Meta分析。结果纳入7篇文献,共445例中晚期非小细胞型肺癌的患者。Meta分析结果显示:与单纯化疗相比,温阳复方联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌组瘤体病灶大小显著减小,近期疗效显著改善(OR=2.19,95%CI [1.44,3.33],P=0.000 3),对毒副反应中重度骨髓抑制的疗效改善明显(OR=0.15,95%CI [0.09,0.26],P <0.000 01);出现不良胃肠反应数明显减少(OR=0.41,95%CI [0.05,0.72],P=0.002)。结论温阳复方联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌较之单纯化疗者获益更大。但仍需更多大样本量及高质量的随机对照研究对以上定论加以验证。
Objective To evaluate systematically the clinical efficacy of Wenyang prescription combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced Non-small-cell carcinoma.Methods A randomized controlled trial of Wenyang compound combined with chemotherapy in Pubmed,CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wanfang,and the Cochrane library database for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer was performed.The meta-analysis was performed through RevMan5.3 software with Screening,extracting data,and evaluating quality by two researchers independently.Results A total of 445 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were enrolled in 7 studies.The meta-analysis showed that compared to chemotherapy alone,traditional Chinese medicine(Wenyang prescription)combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of NSCLC can reduce tumor size significantly,the short-term efficacy was significantly improved(OR=2.19,95%CI[1.44,3.33],P=0.0003).The toxic side effects of severe myelosuppression were reduced(OR=0.15,95%CI[0.09,0.26],P<0.00001).As well as the Symptoms of gastrointestinal reactions were ameliorated(OR=0.41,95%CI[0.05,0.72],P=0.002).Conclusion The experiment group with combination of Wenyang prescription and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer was superior to the control group with chemotherapy alone.The above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality and largesample randomized controlled trials.
