摘要
本文通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临证及用药经验,总结出党参具有以下特点:1)临床用量为3.75～30 g。2)根据临床疾病、证型选择党参配伍及最佳剂量,发挥健脾气功效时,常用以治疗消化系统疾病(腹痛、胃痛、胃下垂等)、循环系统疾病(冠心病、心衰等)、内分泌疾病(糖尿病周围神经病变、糖尿病胃轻瘫等),用量多为3.75～30 g;发挥补益肺气功效时,常治疗呼吸系统疾病(鼻炎、细支气管炎、肺结核等)、巩膜炎、口腔溃疡等,用量多为10～30 g;发挥养血生津功效时,常治疗妇科疾病(月经不调、女性阴痿等)、顽固性便秘、老年痴呆等,用量多为10～30 g。3)根据临床治疗疾病的不同,配伍相应中药,如健脾气常配伍白术、黄芪、茯苓,益肺气常配伍百合、生地、麦冬等,养血生津常配伍当归、川芎、大枣等。
Summarize the clinical experience and application of Codonopsis pilosula from ancient medical books and modern physicians,and draw the following conclusions:1)The clinical dosage is 3.75-30 g.2)According to diseases,syndromes,symptoms,we choose the best dosage.For instance,when treating digestion diseases(abdominal pain,stomachache,ptosis of the stomach),circulatory disease(coronary heart disease,heart failure)and endocrine diseases(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,diabetic gastroparesis)using its tonifying spleen,its dosage is 3.75-30 g;when treating respiratory disease(rhinitis,bronchiolitis,pulmonary tuberculosis),sclera,mouth ulcer using its invigorating lung,its dosage is 10-30 g;when treating gynecologic diseases(irregular menstruation,vaginal impotence),intractable constipation,senile dementia using its nourishing blood and body fluid,its dosage is 10-30 g.3)When treating diseases,Codonopsis pilosula compatibles with different herbs.For example,Codonopsis pilosula often compatibles with atractylodes,astragalus membranaceus and poria cocos using its tonifying spleen.It compatibles with lily,rehmannia glutinosa and ophiopogon japonicus using its invigorating lung.It compatibles with chinese angelica,ligusticum jujube using its nourishing blood and body fluid.
