乌梅丸对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠TLRs/NF-κB/myD88信号通路影响的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 溃疡性结肠炎的病理生理学机制包括肠道黏膜中的Toll样受体(TLRs)异常高表达、NF-κB活化异常等方面,在应用乌梅丸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的病理研究中发现,乌梅丸可以通过抑制TLRs/NF-κB/my D88的活化,降低促炎细胞因子的表达,阻断TLRs/NF-κB/my D88信号通路的异常传导,降低炎性因子的释放,从而减轻结肠炎性反应。 The pathophysiological mechanism of ulcerative colitis includes abnormally high expression of Tolllike receptors(TLRs) in the intestinal mucosa and abnormal activation of NF-κB. We discuss the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Wumei pill and its decomposed formula on ulcerative colitis. In the pathological study of the application of Wumei pill in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, we found that Wumei pill can reduce the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and inhibit the TLRs/NF-κB/myD88 signal pathway by blocking the abnormal conduction activation of TLRs/NF-κB/myD88, this can reduce the release of inflammatory factors, thereby reducing the inflammatory response of the colon.
