摘要
本文总结分析近10年来针灸治疗雷诺病的主要作用机制及发病原因,推测针灸主要是通过抑制交感神经兴奋,改善微循环,增加血流量,调节血管内皮舒缩功能,提高机体免疫,调节炎症细胞因子等途径对本病发挥治疗作用。目前探讨其作用机制涉及神经、内分泌、免疫、循环等多系统,并指出相关研究存在的问题及缺陷,旨在为临床开展针灸治疗雷诺病提供理论参考依据,为临床实验及基础研究的深入开展提供思路。
This article analyzes and summarizes the main mechanism of acupuncture treatment and causes of Raynaud’s disease in the last decade.We speculate that acupuncture plays a therapeutic role by inhibiting the excitability of sympathetic nerves,improving microcirculation,increasing blood flow,regulating the vasomotor function of the vascular endothelium,improving the immune function of the body,regulating inflammatory factors and so on.At present,we analyze that the mechanisms involve multiple systems such as neurology,endocrinology,immunity and circulation,etc.This article points out the problems and deficiencies in related research,provides a theoretical reference for clinical acupuncture treatment of Raynaud’s disease,provides ideas and references for the in-depth development of clinical experiments and basic research.
