摘要
《竹林女科证治》对于胎动不安的诊疗以虚实寒热为纲,分为胎寒不安、胎热不安、胎虚不安、胎实不安以及跌仆伤胎5个部分,基本涵盖了古代医家对胎动不安的诊治认识,具有较高的临床价值。本文探究其源流,梳理其条贯,详析其因机证治理论,以此探讨胎动不安的中医诊疗理论框架。
Zhu Lin Nv Ke Zheng Zhi has five types of syndrome to treat threatened abortion:cold syndrome,heat syndrome,deficiency syndrome,excess syndrome and injury respectively,which contain the experience of the previous generation of physicians and have high clinical value.This article explores the origin of threatened abortion,analyses the theory of medical treatment,which has contributed to discuss the theoretical framework of traditional Chinese Medicine of threatened abortion.
