基于关联规则和熵聚类分析《金匮要略》中治疗水液代谢障碍方剂组方用药规律 被引量:3

摘要 目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析《金匮要略》中湿病、痰饮病和水气病三篇的组方用药规律。方法:收集整理《金匮要略》中水液病三篇方剂,通过中医传承辅助系统集成的数据挖掘方法,分析比较方剂之间药味组成变化,总结核心药物和组方规律,明确仲景辨治杂病用药思路。结果:对筛选出的《金匮要略》中主以湿病、痰饮病、水气病三篇相关方剂28首和涉及中药31味进行分析,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次、药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合8个,新处方4个。结论:仲景从不同方面组方,寒热并用,温阳利水,契合水液病治则治法,该结果为探索经方治疗水液病的组方用药规律提供了支持与启示,值得进一步验证与创新。 Objective:To analyze the prescriptions of inrheumatism,retention of phlegm and fluid and moisture disease in the Synopsis Golden Chamber based on the software Ministry of Public Health of China with Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)(V2.5).Methods:The prescriptions of inrheumatism,retention of phlegm and fluid and moisture disease in the Synopsis Golden Chamber were collected and analyzed.Then we compared the change of herbal medicines among the prescriptions,and summarized the core drug and the group rule to clarified the thought of treating miscellaneous diseases by Zhongjing.Results:28 prescriptions and 31 herbs were analyzed to determine the use frequency and association rules of various medications in the prescription.In the end,there are 8 core combinations of evolution and 4 new prescriptions.Conclusion:Zhongjing composed the prescriptions from different parts to combine therapy of cooling with warming and warm yang to promote diuresis.It fits the rule of treating fluid disease.This result provided support and enlightenment for exploring the prescription for the treatment,and needed further proof and innovation.
