摘要
目的:分析针灸治疗焦虑症现代文献的经穴运用特点。方法:在收集针灸治疗焦虑症的近15年文献基础上,建立以腧穴为主的数据库,运用数据挖掘技术总结使用经脉和穴位的规律。结果:针灸治疗焦虑症以督脉和膀胱经选用的腧穴最多,常用腧穴主要分布于头面颈项部位,交会穴和原穴等特定穴的应用广泛,关联规则分析显示腧穴间相关性最高的是本神-神庭,通过聚类分析总结出以百会、印堂、神门、内关、三阴交和太冲为主穴的针灸处方。结论:通过数据挖掘发现,针灸治疗焦虑症具有局远配合、循经远端取穴、重用特定穴等选穴特点,组方规律为辨病与辨证、辨症相结合,其结果可用于指导针灸临床。
Objective:To find out the characteristics of the application of collateral meridians and acupoints for anxiety treatment are recorded in modern literature.Method:A database is established centering with acupoints,upon the collection of related works dealing with the above-mentioned disease in the past 15 years,in order to find out the utilization patterns of moxibustion and acupoints with the method of data mining.Results:In treating anxiety,acupoints of governing meridian and bladder meridian predominate in frequency,especially acupoints around the neck and above.Specific points like Convergent acupoint and Yuan-Source acupoint are widely applied.Through association rules analysis,Benshen(BG13)and Shenting(DU24)are found to present a top relativity.With clustering analysis,acupoints formulae are induced mainly upon major acupoints such as Baihui(DU20),Yintang(EX-HN3),Shenmen(HT7),Neiguan(PC6),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Taichong(LR3)etc.Conclusion:In treating anxiety with acupuncture,selection of acupoints has registered a feature of combination of local acupoints and distal acupoints.Besides,a special emphasis is put to pricking acupoints of the farther end along the collateral channels and specific major acupoints.In figuring out acupoints formulae,differentiation on disease,symptoms and syndrome are needed.Therefore,the result of the data mining-based research is of significance for clinic formulae of acupoints in curing anxiety.
