摘要
目的:研究中药人工周期疗法对排卵障碍性不孕的疗效。方法:以96例排卵障碍性不孕患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法均分成试验组与对照组。对照组予以常规治疗,试验组则在常规治疗的基础上予以马大正教授自拟中药人工周期疗法干预。分别比较两组临床疗效,排卵率、妊娠率、子宫内膜厚度。结果:试验组治疗总有效率相比对照组升高(P<0.05)。试验组排卵率、妊娠率均相比对照组升高(均P<0.05)。试验组子宫内膜厚度相比对照组增厚(P<0.05)。同时试验组血清性激素水平较对照组明显改善,表现在促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)升高,促黄体生成素(LH)和睾酮(T)水平下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药人工周期疗法治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者的疗效显著,有利于提高排卵率和妊娠率,增加子宫内膜厚度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To study the effect of artificial cycle therapy with Chinese medicine on infertility from anovulation.Methods:A total of 96 cases of ovulatory aplastic infertile patients were taken as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given professor MA Dazheng’s self-made Chinese medicine artificial cycle therapy intervention on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and endometrial thickness of the two groups were compared.Results:The total therapeutic efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Endometrial thickness of the experimental group was thicker than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the serum sex hormone levels in the experimental group was significantly improved compared than that of the control group,which was manifested as increased follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)and decreased luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)levels.Conclusion:The self-designed artificial cycle therapy with traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of ovulatory aplastic infertility patients,which is beneficial to improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate and increase endometrial thickness.And it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
