摘要
目的:观察针药治疗痰瘀互结型卵巢巧克力样囊肿的临床疗效。方法:60例符合诊断标准的痰瘀互结型卵巢巧克力样囊肿患者,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组给予中药丹溪治湿痰方合桃红四物汤加减治疗;治疗组在口服中药基础上,同时配合针刺治疗,经期停止针刺,3个月后分别观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效并进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组的血清CA125水平、囊肿最大径线及症状改善情况明显优于对照组。结论:针药治疗痰瘀互结型卵巢巧克力样囊肿临床疗效满意。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cysts with stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods:Sixty patients with corresponding ovarian chocolate-like cysts complying with diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Danxi Zhishi Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction.The treatment group based on oral medicine,was cooperated with acupuncture treatment,stopping during the menstrual period.After 3 months,the clinical efficacy before and after treatment in both groups was observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Serum CA125 levels,cyst diameterand symptom improvement in the treatment groupwere significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of ovarianchocolate-like cysts with stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis issatisfactory.
