摘要
本文利用计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术对T/R(Transmit/Receive)组件中低噪声放大器的幅度和相位得出了一种调整的方法。同时,本文对放大器中各元件进行了容差分析。本文所得结果对这类放大器的研制有一定的意义,并已通过实验作了验证。
Using computer aided design(CAD),a method for adjusting the amplitude and phase shift of the low noise amplifier in T/R module is achieved in this paper,The tolerances of certain components in the low noise amplifier are analysed also.All these results show directive significance for the development of this kind of amplifiers.The results are verified by experiments.
