摘要
目的观察耳穴贴压联合推拿疗法辅助治疗儿童多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院儿科2016年3月至2018年3月门诊收治的多发性抽动症患儿52例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各26例。对照组予平肝潜阳方加减治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合耳穴贴压和推拿辅助治疗,比较2组的临床疗效、治疗前后耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分情况。结果对照组总有效率为69.23%,治疗组为92.30%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前YGTSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组YGTSS评分较同组治疗前均明显下降,且治疗组下降更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压联合推拿辅助治疗儿童多发性抽动症疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular-plaster therapy combined with tuina as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of children with tourette syndrome(TS).Methods Fifty-two cases of children with TS admitted to the outpatient service of department of pediatrics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from March 2016 to March 2018 were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 26 cases in each.The control group was given modified treatment of Pinggan Qianyang Fang(平肝潜阳方),while the treatment group was given auricular-plaster therapy combined with tuina as adjunctive therapy on the basis of the therapeutic methods of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)scores before and after treatment of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 69.23%,that of the treatment group was 92.30%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in YGTSS scores before treatment of the two groups,and they were comparable.After treatment,YGTSS scores of the two groups decreased significantly compared with the same group before treatment,moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It has marked curative effects to combine auricular-plaster therapy with tuina as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of children with TS,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
