摘要
目的探讨牙源性上颌窦囊肿的诊断及手术方式。方法通过我科2018年02月20日收治的一例牙源性上颌窦表皮样囊肿的诊疗体会并通过复习相关文献资料,总结关于牙源性上颌窦囊肿的诊断及手术方式。结果通过文献复习,牙源性上颌窦囊肿的手术方式有很多,Messerklinger手术损伤小,但是有时手术视野受限,不能彻底切除肿物;Caldwell-Luc手术需要经口腔切口,可能会损伤牙齿或者面部的神经,而经泪前隐窝入路,不仅损伤小,而且视野开阔,术后恢复快。结论经泪前隐窝入路行上颌窦囊肿切除术,手术损伤小、视野清晰、术后恢复快,效果显著,有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment of dental maxillary sinus cyst.Methods Experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a dentalderived maxillary sinus epdermoidcyst from February 20,2018,and by reviewing relevant documents,summarize the diagnosis and surgical methods of dental maxillary sinus cyst.Results Review through literature,there are many surgical procedures for maxillary sinus cysts,Messerklinger surgery is less damaged,but sometimes surgical vision is limited,can not remove the swelling completely;-Caldwell-Luc surgery requires oral incision,could damage teeth or facial nerves,and through the tears before the nest into the road,not only less damage,but also the view is wide,and recovery after surgery is fast.Conclusions Surgical resection of maxillary sinus cyst via the pre-tear occultation approach,not only less damage,but also the view is wide,and recovery after surgery is fast.The effect is significant,it is worthy of promotion the clinical application.
