摘要
目的分析鼻石的临床特征,提高鼻石的诊断及治疗水平。方法回顾性分析1例鼻石患者的临床资料,总结其临床诊疗经验。结果本例患者的主要症状为间断性流脓涕伴鼻塞,鼻内镜与鼻窦CT检查相结合可提高鼻石检出率。结论鼻内镜与鼻窦CT检查相结合可有助于提高鼻石的诊断,本病的适宜疗法为鼻内镜下手术治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of rhinolith and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of rhinolith.Methods The clinical data of one case with rhinolith was retrospectively analyzed and clinical experience was summarized.Results The main symptoms of this patient were intermittent purulent discharge with nasal obstruction.The combination of nasal endoscopy and CT examination of nasal sinuses can improve the detection rate of rhinolith.Conclusion The combination of nasal endoscopy and CT examination of nasal sinuses can help to improve the diagnosis of rhinolithiasis.Endoscopic sinus surgery is more appropriate for this disease.
