摘要
目的:观察血管软化丸治疗脑梗死对血栓相关因子和自噬的影响。方法:80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组均用常规疗法,观察组加用血管软化丸治疗。治疗4周后观察治疗前后血浆HCY、VWF和GMP-140等血栓相关因子水平,检测血清中微管相关蛋白1轻链3-II(LC3-II)和自噬相关蛋白Beclin1表达量。结果:观察组Hcy、VWF和GMP-140血栓相关因子水平与治疗前降低(P<0. 05)、并低于对照组(P<0. 05)。观察组LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin1表达量与治疗前及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组NIHSS积分和BI积分较治疗前明显改善,且改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血管软化丸能够降低血栓相关因子水平,改善自噬相关指标。
Objective:To observe the effect of Vascular Softening Pills on thrombosis-related factors and autophagy in patients with cerebral infarction. Method:80 cases were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy and the observation group were treated with Vascular Softening Pills additionally. After 4 weeks of treatment,the level of thrombus-related factors such as plasma HCY,VWF and GMP-140 was measured before and after treatment and the expression level of microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3-II(LC3-II) and autophagy-related protein Beclin1 in serum were detected. The NIHSS was used to assess the patient’s neurological funzction and the Barthel index was used to assess the patient’s daily living ability. Result:After treatment,the level of Hcy,VWF and GMP-140 thrombo-associated factors in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment and that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The expression level of LC3-II and Beclin1 in the observation group was higher than that before treatment and that of the control group after treatment. The control group was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and BI score of the observation group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment and the improvement was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vascular Softening Pills could reduce the level of thrombotic state factors in patients with cerebral infarction,improve autophagy and avoid further occurrence of cerebral infarction.
