载脂蛋白E基因型与艾滋病的研究 被引量:1

摘要 载脂蛋白E(apoE)是一种多态性蛋白,参与脂蛋白的转化与代谢过程,其基因可以调节多种生物功能,对不同疾病易感性不同。apoE有3种常见亚型:E2、E3和E4。apoE4对阿尔茨海默病和心血管疾病是公认的危险因素。最新报道,apoE4和传染病之间亦有关联。apoE4提高人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)与靶细胞膜的融合率,导致HIV加速进入细胞和疾病进展。本文综述了apoE等位基因对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)疾病的易感性关联研究。
