摘要
对于国有企业发展来说,基层员工起到了不可或缺的作用。尤其是在当前市场经济体制下,很多国有企业已经将高素质的基层员工当作企业的一大战略性资源来对待。然而,目前国有企业仍存在一些学历较低、起点不高的基层员工,大大限制了其进一步发展,影响职工功能的充分发挥。论文对基层员工培训管理方法进行探讨与分析。
For the development of state-owned enterprises, the basic staff played an indispensable role. Especially in the current market economic system, many state-owned enterprises treat the high quality basic staff as a kind of strategic Resource. However, at present, the state-owned enterprises still have some some low education and low starting point of the basic staff, which greatly limited their further development, influenced the exerting of staff function. This paper discusses and analyzes the basic staff training management methods.
