摘要
[目的]分析乌梅丸方加减论治寒热错杂型慢性浅表性胃炎对证候积分、胃蛋白酶原(PG)及脾胃系疾病PRO量表慢性胃炎模块(GEDPRO-CG)评分的影响。[方法]随机抽取94例于2015年12月～2017年3月入院治疗的寒热错杂型慢性浅表性胃炎患者,按电脑数字表法随机分组,各47例,施予西药常规治疗者作对照组,施予乌梅丸方加减论治者作试验组,回顾性对比分析其证候积分、PG及GEDPRO-CG评分。[结果]治疗后,试验组证候总积分是(8.11±3.27)分,低于对照组(11.25±3.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组PGⅠ为(117.33±49.20)μg/ml,高于对照组(100.25±47.29)μg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组GEDPRO-CG评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]于寒热错杂型慢性浅表性胃炎患者中施予乌梅丸方加减论治有助于改善证候积分、PG水平及GEDPRO-CG评分,值得推广。
[Objective]To analyze the effect of Wumei pills concoctions on the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis complicated with cold and heat syndrome scores,pepsinogen(PG)and stomach disease(PRO)scale chorinc gastritis module(GEDPRO-CG).[Methods]94patients suffered from chronic superficial gastritis complicated with cold and heat from December 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to computergenerated number table method.Each group has 47 patients,control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Wumei pill prescription plus or minus treatment.A retrospective comparative analysis was made of their syndrome scores,PG and GEDPRO-CG scores.[Results]After treatment,the total score of the experimental group syndrome was(8.11±3.27),which was lower than that of the control group(11.25±3.47),with statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The experimental group was(117.33±49.20)μg/ml,which was higher than control group that was(100.25±47.29)μg/ml,with statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)The score of the experimental group of GEDPRD-CG was lower than that of control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The application of Wumei Pills in patients with chronic superficial gastritis complicated with cold and heat can help to improve syndrome score,PG level and GEDPRO-CG score,which is worthy of promotion.
