摘要
目的评估医护一体化工作模式在加速康复外科病房中的应用效果。方法在肝胆外科开展医护一体化工作模式,将由护士按床号分管患者的责任制模式调整为主管责任组长、责任护士与医生共同组成的相对固定的医护合作小组,3个月定期轮换。分别于医护一体化工作模式实施前和实施后开展患者满意度调查。结果实施前和实施后分别有404例和886例患者参与调查。实施医护一体化工作模式前,患者总满意率为90.84%(367/404),实施后为97.97%(868/886),实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医护一体化工作模式的实施可有效提高加速康复外科病房患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application efficacy of physician-nurse collaboration mode in the ward of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS). Methods Physician-nurse collaboration mode was implemented in Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery. The mode of responsibility system of nurses in charge of patients according to the number of beds was replaced by the relatively-fixed physician-nurse collaboration group consisting of responsible group leaders, responsible nurses and physicians. A periodic rotation was three months. The satisfactory condition of patients was compared before and after implementation of physician-nurse collaboration mode. Results Totally 404 cases and 886 cases participated in this survey before and after implementation of physician-nurse collaboration mode. Before implementation, the satisfactory degree was 90.84%(367/404), while after implementation, the satisfactory degree was 97.97%(868/886), and there was statistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusion Implementation of physician-nurse collaboration mode can effectively improve the satisfactory degree of patients in ERAS ward, so it deserves to be popularized in clinic.
