摘要
目的分析关节骨科患者术后舒适度的影响因素。方法根据患者行关节骨科手术后的24 h情况,通过调查量表调查患者的舒适状况。结果影响术后24 h舒适度的因素包括生理、附属设备、环境、社会及心理,其中生理因素占主导地位。结论护理人员需加强术后24 h的舒适度护理。
Objective To analyze the the influencing factors of postoperative comfort in patients from department of orthopedics. Methods The comfort condition of patients within 24 h after joint orthopedic operation was surveyed by the questionnaire scale. Results The factors affecting the comfort within 24 h after operation included physiology, accessory equipment, environment, society and psychology, in which the physiological factor played a dominant role. Conclusion Nursing staff should enhance the comfort care within 24 h after operation.
