摘要
目的:了解闵行区社区预防接种门诊人力配置现状,对门诊人力配置中存在的问题提出建议。方法:对104名社区预防接种门诊工作人员进行问卷调查,对12家社区卫生服务中心接种门诊负责人进行小组访谈。结果:各接种门诊上午工作强度5—17针次/小时/人,接种门诊同时承担凭证入学、疫情应急接种,流动人口摸漏等工作,分别有33.0%及61.0%的工作人员认为目前的工作强度很强或较强;人力结构以护理系列为主,占86.5%,且以初级职称人员为主,工作人员最欠缺的知识或技能方面主要是与疫苗接种有关的临床知识理论。结论:预防接种门诊工作量大、涉及知识面广、专业性较强,需从人力数量、知识结构上优化接种门诊人力配置。
OBJECTIVE to understand the Practical Status of manpower for immunization in community Vaccination clinic in Minhang district and put forward Appropriate recommendations on manpower for immunization.METHODS 104 Staff were investigated and group interviews was carried among supervisor. RESULTS Work intensity was 5—17 Per hour an community Vaccination clinic,besides Vaccination,many other work was carried.More than 90%of the staff think that the current intensity.Most of the staff was nurse with primary title,which lacking of Necessary Clinical Knowledge.CONCLUSION Vaccination clinic workload,involving extensive knowledge,highly professional,it is essential to improve number and structure of manpower.
