摘要
"软实力"一词,是上个世纪90年代由美国学者约瑟夫?奈提出。这一概念一经出现,便在国际关系领域流行起来,现如今"软实力"也已经成为国际交流中重要的一环。改革开放40年的中国,国际实力显著提升,在持续巩固经济和军事实力的同时,也越来越重视提升自身软实力。近年来,中国积极投身文化外交事业,其中最为显著的是,中国政府部门在全球广泛设立了推广汉语以及中国文化的孔子学院。本篇论文中,通过介绍软实力的相关理论以及文化外交这一概念,尤其结合对巴塞罗那孔子学院一些学生的访谈,将分析孔子学院的发展和孔子学院如何在中国的文化软实力上行使它的职能。与此同时,本人将阐述自己的一些见解。
The 'soft power' was created by the American academic, Joseph Nye in the 1990 s. Once this concept was presented, the word has been popular in the field of international relations, and soft power competition has become in an important part of the international interconnection After the reform and the opening of 30 years of China, the global power of China increases remarkably, while consolidating the economic strength and the military strength, China is also focusing more and more in improving soft power.In recent years, China has actively participated in the development of cultural diplomacy, hoping to improve the soft power of China by strengthening international cultural communication. One of the most striking is that the Chinese government has established the Confucius Institute in the states around the world to spread the Chinese language and Chinese culture, and has achieved certain achievements. In this work, through introducing the theory of soft power together with the concept of cultural diplomacy, specifically, by combining interviews with some students of the Confucius Institute of Barcelona, the development of the Confucius Institute and how the Confucius Institute works for the soft cultural power of China will be analyzed. And also I will present my own opinions.
