摘要
目的 观察异丙酚对缺氧乏糖心肌细胞血清乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)和血清肌酸激酶 (CK)漏出量的影响 ,以探讨异丙酚对缺血心肌细胞的作用。方法 取出生 2 4 h以内的 Wistar红皮乳鼠体外培养心肌细胞分成 5组 (n=5 ) :正常对照组、缺氧乏糖组、缺氧乏糖 +异丙酚 4 0μmol/ L组、缺氧乏糖 +异丙酚 80μmol/ L组、缺氧乏糖 +异丙酚1 6 0 μmol/ L组 ,给予缺氧乏糖 6 h干预 ,观察 L DH和 CK的漏出量。结果 异丙酚 4 0 μmol/ L 对 L DH和 CK无明显影响 ,异丙酚 80μmol/ L、1 6 0μmol/ L明显降低 L DH和 CK的漏出量。结论 异丙酚在一定浓度下可降低缺氧乏糖心肌细胞 L DH和 CK的漏出量 。
Objective To observe the effects of propofol on cardiomyocytes with hypoxia and investigate the effect on myocardial ischemia.Methods Neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were cultured in the medium with hypoxia for 6 hours.The cells were divided into five groups( n =5):control,model(Hyo),Hyo+propofol 40 μmol/L,Hyo+Propofol 80 μmol/L,Hyo+propofol 160 μmol/L.The contents of Lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine kinase(CK) were measured.Results The propofol did not alter the content of LDH and CK at 40 μmol/L concentration.The propofol of 80 μmol/L or 160 μmol/L concentration could decreased the content of LDH and CK.Conclusion Propofol in certain concentration can protect cardiomyocytes cells with hypoxia.
