中央音乐学院采暖系统脱气技改节能项目的经验报告

摘要 供暖系统末端,经常出现房间不热现象,造成工程人员频繁上门排气,严重影响供暖质量,给师生员工教学生活和工程维修工作带来极大困扰,同时频繁进行末端放水还造成大量软化水流失。通过技术改造安装螺旋除渣器和真空脱气机后,彻底解决供热系统里气阻、气锤、泵的气蚀等顽疾,每个采暖季系统注水和正常运行时操作人员也不用去现场排气,减少软化水的流失,节省人工成本,同时教师学生及业主反映情况良好。 Due to the malfunction of the end of heating system, the heat supply of the rooms is frequently influenced. As a result, the maintainers often come knocking at doors to offer maintenance service, causing a lot of troubles to the daily life of the faculty and students as well as the maintenance works of the school. Meanwhile, the frequent drainage of water has also resulted in great loss of soften water. Through technical reform and the installation of helical scummer and vacuum degasser, the persistent problems of air-lock, air-hammer, erosion of the pump, etc. of the heating system have been completely solved. In heating seasons, during water injections and normal operations, the operating personnel do not need to go to the spot to degas any more. Consequently, the loss of softened water has been reduced, the labor cost has been saved, and meanwhile the faculty, students and owners' reactions towards the improvement are also satisfactory.
