摘要
文章介绍了高温远红外涂料在箱式炉中的节能机理及效应,实践证明:在炉膛工作室中大面积涂刷高温远红外涂料不但可以有效地延长炉膛使用寿命,而且还可以减少炉内热量损失,增加蓄热及保温能力而节能。
This paper has introduced the energy saving mechanismand effect with high temperature far-infrared coating in box type oven.Practice shows that not only the furnace hearth's service life can be prolo-nged effectively but also heat consumption decreased, both reservoiring heatand keeping temperature capacities increased and, as a result, energy savedby means of coating furnace hearth work chamber in large area with hightemperature far-infrared coating.
