不同注水处理下香菇氮磷钾运转情况研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究不同注水处理下香菇(Lentinula edodes)氮、磷、钾运转规律,筛选适合香菇生产的注水配方,试验选择香菇‘K5’为试验材料,设置不同的注水时期和注水配方,测定并分析了不同注水处理条件下香菇菌棒中氮、磷、钾的含量变化及其养分利用率。结果表明,香菇菌棒中氮、磷、钾的含量基本呈现"M"型变化趋势,在转色完成时达到最大,在第2次出菇时有略微上升,之后呈下降趋势。不同的注水处理,处理A在第2潮菇中能明显提高香菇氮、磷、钾的利用率,分别较对照提高27.27%、21.10%、24.23%。因此,在香菇代料栽培中可以考虑在第2潮菇出菇前选择注水处理A来提高香菇的养分利用率。 In order to study the translocation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium under the different water injection treatments and to select the optimal water injection formulas of the Lentinula edodes, L. edodes K5 was selected as experimental material and different water injection periods and formulas were set up. The changes of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content and nutrient utilizationrates of the L. edodes stick under different water injection treatments had been measured and analyzed. The results indicated that the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the L. edodes stick,s basically showed the variation trend of 'M' type and the contents reached the highest level when the color was completed, and that contents increased slightly at the second time of L. edodes production and then showed a downward trend. Under the different water injection treatments, treatment A in the second tide can significantly improve the utilization rates of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium of L. edodes, which increased to 27.27%, 21.10%, 24.23%, respectively. Therefore,in the L. edodes substitute cultivation, the selection of water injection A should be considered before the second L. edodes production to improve L. edodes nutrient utilization.
