摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务对行断指再植术患者护理效果及满意度的影响。方法 380例接受断指再植术治疗的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组190例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施优质护理服务。比较两组患者伤指成活率及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度。结果观察组患者伤指成活率为97.89%,明显高于对照组的93.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为98.95%,明显高于对照组的92.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对行断指再植术患者开展优质护理服务,可有效改善患者的护理效果,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the influence of high-quality nursing service on nursing effect and satisfaction of patients with severed finger replantation.Methods A total of 380 patients with severed finger replantation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 190 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing service on the basis of conventional nursing.Comparison were made on survival rate of injured fingers,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The observation group had obviously higher survival rate of injured fingers as 97.89%than 93.68%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously lower SAS and SDS score than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction as 98.95%than 92.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing service for patients undergoing severed finger replantation can effectively improve the nursing effect of patients,alleviate their anxiety and depression,and improve their nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
