公司社会责任:法律如何作为——对公司社会责任的两个追问 被引量：2

摘要 一、公司社会责任是什么责任我国国内学者对企业社会责任(CSR,Corporate Social Responsibility)的关注还不到20年的时间。而真正从法学角度,并运用法学方法研究公司社会责任的研究成果尤其少见。由法学学者撰写的关于公司社会责任的专著,屈指算算也就那么几部而已。但自2005年中国新的《公司法》
