摘要
白芍为毛茛科植物芍药的干燥根,具有养血调经,敛阴止汗,柔肝止痛,平抑肝阳的功效,是中国中药材市场流通的大宗药材之一。文章综述了白芍种子、花器官发育结构与化学成分、种质资源考证与遗传多样性分析三方面的实验研究进展,以期为白芍花及种子的胚胎解剖学研究和白芍育种工作的开展提供参考依据。
Radix Paeoniae Alba,the dried root of the peony belonging to ranunculus family,has the effect of enriching blood and regulating menstruation,collecting Yin,regulating liver and relieving liver pain.It is one of the bulk medicinal materials in market circulation.To provide a reference for the study of embryo anatomy and the breeding of paeoniae alba,the paper traces the progress in relevant empirical studies in terms of the dormancy and germination of paeoniae seeds,floral organ development structure and chemical composition and analysis of germplasm resources and genetic diversity.
