摘要
1949年5月,黄石地区解放后,中共以保护和发展生产力为中心对华中钢铁有限公司进行了接管。接管工作的开展从多方面进行,包括房地产的接管和物资清理、安置旧人员、变革管理方式及组织机构、恢复生产等等。在接管过程中中国共产党积累了不少经验和教训,为党在其他地区的接管工作提供了有益的借鉴。
After liberating Huangshi in May 1949, the Communist Party of China took over the Iron and Steel Company of Central China centering on the protection and development of the productivity.The project of takingover was carried out in many aspects including the real estate, former workers' placement, manage and structural transformation, productivity recovery and so on. In the process, the CPC have gained a lot of experience and lessons which provide many beneficial references for the taking-over later in other regions.
