摘要
本文以领导—成员交换理论为基础,探讨其与我国社会管理之间的内在耦合联系。并结合领导—成员交换理论,从领导者、圈内成员、圈外成员三个维度对我国社会管理提出对策建议,以期对我国社会管理创新工作有所启迪。
After the theoretical explanation of the Leader-Member-Exchange Theory,this paper discusses the interrelationship between the theory and the innovation of social management in China,and proposes appropriate measures from three different points of view: leaders,group-in members and group-out members,which in the hope that we may get some enlightenment in the process of social management innovation.
