摘要
当前,新疆正处在大建设大开发的黄金时期。"环保优先,生态立区"、"资源开发可持续、生态环境可持续"的发展理念、道路的确立,对实现可持续发展、跨越式发展,确保新疆"山水美秀、绿洲常在",提高生态文明建设水平,具有十分重要的意义。对新疆如何搞好生态文明建设,从理论基础介绍、体制机制创新,发展模式选择、生态文化构建等可持续发展方面提出了一些建议。
Currently Xinjiang is at the period of golden development.It is very significant for Xinjiang to establish the development philosophy of 'environmental and ecological protection as priority','sustainable in resources exploration and ecological environment' so as to achieve sustainable development and improve the ecological surroundings.The paper tries to offer some suggestions on how to construct ecological civilization in Xinjiang from the aspect of theoretical basics,institutional innovation,choice of development mode and construction of ecological culture.
