摘要
针对改革给我国建筑业带来的影响 ,从编制企业定额体系 ,采取有效的报价策略 ,保证有效竞争的实施等方面 ,提出了施工企业改革过渡期应采取的对策 。
In view of the impact of reform on Chinese construction industry from several aspects corresponding measures are proposed according to transition period of reform in order to acquire more living and development space for construction enterprises.
